ABOUT

Our Properties

Las Olas House is a collection of four buildings from the pioneer days in the 1920s through 1936. Fort Lauderdale was born on the banks of the New River in Broward County, Florida @ latitude 26 on South Florida’s east coast. The Las Olas House properties begin with the home of MaryAnn Whiteside hand built in 1925 on “Main Street” (Broward Blvd) just north of the New River and Las Olas Blvd. The Treehouse and Pineapple House were built beside the Cottage thereabouts with the Treehouse serving as a carriage house with a downstairs and stunning upstairs apartment.  Victoria Park is the residential area on the north side and Las Olas on the south side of the Boulevard and one of the most desirable places to live and vacation in Florida, the US, and the world.
