The Las Olas house was nice to stay at. It's conveniently located to the Las Olas Area and my brothers house which is why we were in FL. We arrived during a cold snap so the only problem was that we could not get the heater to work which I assume is common since it doesn't get cold in FL.
Otherwise the little cottage was all we needed.

Amazing Stay for a couple visiting Fort Lauderdale. Size and location was perfect. Great private outdoor space. Great value. Would definitely stay here again.

Great as there was a parking space, bang in the centre of Ft Lauderdale. Really nice hosts who didn't bother you all the time. The home was clean, tidy and ready to enjoy. TV's everywhere so kids would fit right in. Great internet too, which is a bonus when you have 2 young people in tow. We didn't really use the kitchen but it was well fitted for an AirBnB. You can walk everywhere but hey, this is the USA... built for cars. 🙂
Easy access to the I95 so up and down Florida was a breeze.
We even met the neighbours who invited us for a New Years Eve party. 🙂
We would recommend this as a hotel alternative.

We spent a week at Las Olas House and from the beginning to checkout we were very pleased with the amenities and location. The host shared information with us in advance that made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The cottage was spotless, the towels were amazingly soft and the bed comfortable. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone staying in Fort Lauderdale and near the Las Olas Boulevard area. Makes for easy trips to the beach and is walkable to trendy cafes and restaurants. One hint is to make reservations using Open Table for Las Olas restaurants before you arrive to ensure you get a table. Thanks to our hosts for their amazing rental.

The Las Olas House is an absolute gem a few blocks from some incredible parts of downtown Ft Lauderdale. I highly recommend staying here. It’s artsy, the inside is all newly remodeling and the hosts JB & Alejandra were a pleasure to meet, helpful and great with communication. The outdoor seating area is very private and provide a very unique, fun and vibrant experience with the lights, porch and outdoor seating. Overall, I loved my stay at the cottage and enjoyed the closely surrounding restaurants, beaches and shopping.

It is a very cute cottage, private, and in a very good location. A short walk to Las Olas shops and restaurants. JB and Alejandra were very responsive to our questions and needs. The cottage is tiny and not advisable for more than a week.

Enjoyed a lovely extra long weekend at Las Olas House. Hosts were quick to respond to any inquiries and were always super helpful. The cottage is beautiful and clean. Love the location as well and I really like the privacy of the outdoor seating areas. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay again!

Las Olas House is managed by JB and Alejandra Bradley who began collecting these historical gems thirty years ago. Turning down the countless developers’ enticements The Bradleys’ instead restored these gems one at a time, by hand, year after year. The 1925 MaryAnn is truly stunning. We are the alternative to another boring white-on-white condo. Park under the Live Oak stands and open the door to history in the middle of the city. There is simply no place like this in Fort Lauderdale. @lasolashouse
